I hope all of you are liking the new web site design. It is still a work in progress but I like how clean and tight it looks. We will continue to tweak the site until we get the look perfected.
Last Friday night Birth, Movies, Death debuted the teaser trailer for my web series Violet. The response has been favorable for the most part. The criticism that I am hearing the most is that the teaser doesn't show enough. I think that is the purpose of a teaser trailer. To tantalize enough, (hopefully), to bring the viewer back for more. The full Violet trailer will be debuting soon and the series itself drops in November on Crypt TV. I will be blogging a lot more leading up to the release of Violet as well as the release of Carver. If you haven't seen the teaser just click HERE. I would love to hear everyone's thoughts. I don't run from critiques or criticism. I embrace it. I truly feel the only way to get better as a film maker is to be open minded to others thoughts. With that being said, simply saying that it sucks doesn't help in the slightest. If you think it sucks, tell me why. I find that the need to be negative for the mere sake of being negative is rampant in the world of independent film making. I find most of it amusing.
